- Robindell IS a mandatory membership community
- Robindell does not provide resale certificates, but we do provide a statement of account
- Annual mandatory maintenance fee is $60
- Late fees are applicable on and after April 1st, if annual fees are not paid is $50
- Transfer fee is $225
- Refinance fee is $75
- Rush fee (7 days or less) for property statement $75
- Duplicate statement fee $75
